Audio/Visual Conference
Our audio/visual services include a variety of video display platforms. We have available large format LCD TVs (65″ and larger), projector screens (10 foot or larger) and a variety of computer screens. If you plan to play multiple source material on all displays at once or a matrix of source materials to multiple different displays, we have you covered. With our versatile multi channel video switchers and open broadcast software, we are limited only by your imagination.
Audio/Visual Zoom Presentations
We can also incorporate a zoom presentation into your conference with 2 way audio and video capabilities. You and your conference room audience participants can have 2-way audio and visual communication with your virtual participants. We can set up a camera (or multiple cameras) in the conference room so your virtual participants can have a more intimate and personable experience with the conference room audience. Combine the benefits of a virtual meeting with your live conference audience to expand your meeting capabilities.
Scripted Video Shoots
If you have a scripted interview shoot to do, we are the right company for you. We have the ability to provide multiple teleprompter/camera angles with an easy to read script that can be edited on the spot to keep the work flow going. We will record all separate camera angles for post edits as well as a “live” program feed that we cut during the read. Our teleprompter software is easy to use with adjustable scrolling speeds, font size/color and custom user preferences such as adding time lapsed, time remaining and even time code if desired.
Video Editing & Post Production
Jessica has been editing video and working on post production projects since 2010, with 100s of projects completed since then. She has years of experience working with a major news organization as a freelance video editor/producer as well as working for smaller local corporations. Her video works include: music, corporate promo, racing, various sports and more.
